An integrated AgroTourism Project is sustainable and a Concept whereby instead of the common landscape of ornamental and decorative plants, these will be replaced with herbs and consumable vegetable. They not only provide fresh supply to the visitors be it at the Hotels, Restaurant or be it at the Park. • SAGRODASIA SENDIRIAN BERHAD , specialized in sustainable agriculture, growth and development, was established in May 2006 by initiative of MAL – SAUDI NAJM (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD.

SUBSIDY PROGRAMS MAL-SAUDI NAJM (MALAYSIA) SDN.BHD, and SAGROD ASIA SDN.BHD. (SAGROD) plans to invite Agro-base Investors and Technology Providers to invest in Malaysian Agricultural Development Projects. Especially those that are aimed for export of products and commodities as well as for import substitution of products that are now being imported. In this respect SAGROD invites Farmers Organizations (FO) with the support of Farmers Organisation Authority (FOA) to engage our services to assist with the preparation of Business and Investment Plans and the presentation of them to financiers and investors. One of the subsidy programs that could benefit Malaysian companies is the Dutch Government sponsored PESP Subsidy Program (Program for the execution of feasibility and investment studies by Dutch technology suppliers).

SAGROD ASIA SDN.BHD is linked to the Netherlands and the Dutch Agricultural Business Sector. IDENTIFIED PROJECTS AIMING AT IMPORT SUBSTITUTION AND HIGH VALUE CHAIN.
